I am a scientist working in the field of experimental condensed matter physics.
Currently, I am a Research Fellow in the Quantum Beams & Computation for Sustainable Materials group at CFM/MPC - Materials Physics Center in Donostia-San Sebastián.
I have a PhD in physics from EPFL (Switzerland) and previous research experience at HPSTAR Shanghai (China), Sapienza Università di Roma (Italy) and the University of Edinburgh (UK).
With my collaborators, I spend a lot of time squeezing matter until it starts behaving strangely. Sometimes “strangely” means a material that shouldn’t exist suddenly does.
